Shipping policy
1. Processing Time We take great care in preparing your orders. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that "processing time" is distinct from "shipping time." Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is 9 business days.

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties We ship globally to serve our customers worldwide. Please be advised of the following regarding international orders:

Customs and Import Taxes: All applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local government and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout. We advise checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track your package as it makes its way to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. 6. Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

Delays Beyond Our Control While we strive to meet the 3-day processing and 9-day shipping targets, Blendora shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, courier labor strikes, or global logistical disruptions.
