Return & Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment At Blendora, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. International Returns & Customs (Crucial) If you are returning an item from outside the United States:

Customs Labeling: You must mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" on the customs declaration form. If you fail to do so, we may be charged import duties, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items Your peace of mind is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are protected. Please contact us at admin@somerixllc.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or a refund, covering all associated shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are exempt from return:

Items damaged by misuse or improper care.

Sale items (unless defective).
6. The Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
7. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different version, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.
